Située a ST-Robert dans la province de Quebec au Canada, chatterie pattes sauvages est née en 2007, de ses propriétaires nathalie et josianne (mere et fille), pour qui l'amour et le contact des animaux est essentiel.
Mais notre coeur a toujours eu un faible pour les félins, en parti ceux du monde sauvage.
Heureusement, nous avons eues la chance et le plaisir de découvrir le meilleur des deux mondes. C'est-a-dire,le chat domestique a l'allure sauvage.
Nous nous sommes donc arretées sur deux races exceptionnelles. Le Highland lynx et le Bengal pour leurs caractere sociables et affectueux, mais aussi pour leur images typiquement sauvage.

Timberline Cattery pioneered the development of the Highland Lynx by crossing Desert Lynx cats with Jungle Curls. The very first Highland Lynx litter was born on July 1, 1995 at Timberline Cattery.
The primary foundation breed for Highland Lynx is the Desert Lynx. Outcrosses to the Jungle Curls are made specifically to add the unique curled ears to the cats. Essentially, Highland Lynx are Desert Lynx which happen to have curled ears rather than the straight ears of the Desert Lynx.
